Although from before, the maintenance time has been starting from 9am (Japan time) because that was the time with the lowest logins, since the beta for the English version has started, we are going to try to avoid hitting the peak time for all US, Europe, and Japan. This is why we are testing to try this latest maintenance time (0:00am PST). Since this is not the permanent maintenance time yet, please look for the latest notices to find out the maintenance times for the future.

The following are the details for the next version up planned for around 7/15/2003:

Changes planned for users with the Ziraat expansion

- High level region "Tulia" will be unlocked. However there are certain requirements needed to enter.

- Ninja, Samurai, Dragoon, and Summoner Artifact equipments and the required quests will be unlocked.

- Kahzam, Norg, and Rabao will have new Chocobo rental service (Chocobo Girl) set.

- Santuary Zitah, Yutunga Forest, Yhoator Forest, East/West Altepa Desert will now be ridable by Chocobo.

- Expansion area Nomad Moogles will not require fees anymore.

- Expansion area Beastmen (Tonberry, Sahagins, Antiga, etc) will drop Gil and beastmen coins.


Changes planned for all users

- Job Level Cap has been extended to 70. There is also a quest needed to clear for obtaining the next level cap release. Following the level cap increase, battle skills, guild skills have also been raised accordingly.

- Every region of Jeuno can have more people located (note: this was mentioned in the POL forums, that they are increasing the number of machines to handle the Jeuno traffic)

- Every region of Jeuno will now have gate guards for all nations, auction agents, and post agents set.

- The current area of which you search for PT members is expanded. Following this, because the "search for PT members" (when you're a PT leader) there are more options to use, originally it will only show the people close to level to you. After you change the requirements of your search, to shorten the time of searching, the maximum people showed in these searches will be set at 100.

- Linkshell welcome messages will be introduced. When LS members enter a Linkshell or when a LS member logs in, he/she will be able to see the message.

- New notorious monsters will be added in all Ziraat/non-Ziraat regions.

- In all guilds, regular "image" service will be free. Also, the "high level image" service support time will be 4x as long as before.

- Equipment decomposition resulting item types may have changed made.

- There will be new items gettable by mining/harvesting/etc.

- Other changes.

There may be changes made later as well, so we will post a notice to notify users the time/date/contents of the next update.
